At Fleur du Mal, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and hygienic liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original designer packaging and include the provided return packing slip to ensure timely processing.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our atelier inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
